Class Description

New Gentle Fridays will be a monthly class that will focus on gentle stretches, restorative poses and pranayama. The intention is to help you unwind after the week and have a relaxing start to the weekend with a practice that offers a more inward looking focus. Gentle Fridays are suitable for students who have practised Iyengar yoga for 6 months or more and are familiar with the use of yoga equipment. It also offers those with minor physical ailments or pain and age-related challenges the opportunity to continue with their yoga practice.

Cancellation Policy

DROP-IN BOOKINGS may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 2 hours before the class starts. You must do so yourself, online. Go to ‘my bookings’ and click on the booking you want to reschedule. There are no refunds given for Drop-in bookings. BLOCK BOOKINGS: Refunds for block bookings are only available in exceptional circumstances. These include a new injury or medical condition or bereavement. A medical certificate may be required. Refunds can only be given for the time period after we have been informed about the situation and not retrospectively. Bookings for WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS are not refundable unless a replacement can be found to use your place.
