This class will focus on gentle stretches, restorative poses and breathwork (pranayama).
Class Description
Gentle Friday and Pranayama focuses on restorative poses and breathing exercises. The intention is to practice in a quiet way with breath consciousness that releases bodily tensions and offers a more inward looking focus that ideally leaves you feeling calm and quiet. A Gentle Friday class is suitable for students who have practised Iyengar yoga for 6 months or more and are familiar with the use of yoga equipment.
Cancellation Policy
DROP-IN BOOKINGS may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 2 hours before the class starts. You must do so yourself, online. Go to ‘my bookings’ and click on the booking you want to reschedule. There are no refunds given for Drop-in bookings. BLOCK BOOKINGS: Refunds for block bookings are only available in exceptional circumstances. These include a new injury or medical condition or bereavement. A medical certificate may be required. Refunds can only be given for the time period after we have been informed about the situation and not retrospectively. Bookings for WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS are not refundable unless a replacement can be found to use your place.
