Class Description

Level 1- 2 Class is suitable for students who have attended Iyengar classes for at least 6 months and focuses on refining the basic asanas. Shoulder balance is practised regularly. For the Summer Sessions all classes are an extra 15 minutes long (at the original price), for you to enjoy your yoga even more! Please read our new 'Studio Etiquette' under studio policies on the website to make sure you 'stay safe' when attending class. If COVID restrictions mean the studio needs to close, all studio classes will move to being taught online.

Cancellation Policy

DROP-IN BOOKINGS may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 2 hours before the class starts. You must do so yourself, online. Go to ‘my bookings’ and click on the booking you want to reschedule. There are no refunds given for Drop-in bookings. BLOCK BOOKINGS: Refunds for block bookings are only available in exceptional circumstances. These include a new injury or medical condition or bereavement. A medical certificate may be required. Refunds can only be given for the time period after we have been informed about the situation and not retrospectively. Bookings for WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS are not refundable unless a replacement can be found to use your place.
