Gentle Iyengar Yoga is geared toward people with injuries and older students, but is really for anyone who would like an easier going practice. Please read our new 'Studio Etiquette' under studio policies on the website to make sure you 'stay safe' when attending class. If you can, please bring your own mat and a basic set of yoga props to allow you to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe, slow and methodical way. If COVID restrictions mean the studio needs to close, all studio classes will move to being taught online.
DROP-IN BOOKINGS may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 2 hours before the class starts. You must do so yourself, online. Go to ‘my bookings’ and click on the booking you want to reschedule. There are no refunds given for Drop-in bookings. BLOCK BOOKINGS: Refunds for block bookings are only available in exceptional circumstances. These include a new injury or medical condition or bereavement. A medical certificate may be required. Refunds can only be given for the time period after we have been informed about the situation and not retrospectively. Bookings for WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS are not refundable unless a replacement can be found to use your place.
