1:1 and Private Sessions

Why choose a 1:1 or Private Session?

 

Our Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Julie Anderson, offers one-to-one yoga. This is appropriate for:

  • Practicing with an injury or for more serious issues (see below)

  • Learning to work more with ropes  either on your own or with friends

One-to-one sessions with Julie give you the opportunity to learn how to adapt your practice when dealing with milder conditions e.g. knee and back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, IBS, PCOS, etc, with a view to getting back to a general class.

Relief can also be found with Iyengar yoga for more serious injuries and conditions including:

migraine

scoliosis

spinal spondylolisthesis and stenosis

MS and Parkinson's

cancer  and chemo therapy

Graves and lupus

hip replacement

anorexia 

Private classes are £50 per hour, or £180 for four one-hour sessions with Julie. Limited concessions available. Contact us for more information and to discuss your requirements.

Corporate group sessions
