Our Venues

We offer a friendly environment across several local venues: The Larick Centre in Tayport, Waterstone Crook Sports Centre in Newport on Tay and East Hall, Wormit Parish Church. For exact locations and directions see Find us.

Yoga on Tay is part of an international yoga school where you learn how to practice under the watchful eyes of teachers who have been trained in what is recognised as the most rigorous yoga teacher training system worldwide: Iyengar Yoga.

Our teaching is done in a very safe, sequenced manner, sometimes dynamically sometimes with attention to detail, sometimes in a gentle restorative manner. We help students learn to appreciate how props can support poses and improve self-understanding at the same time.

Our commitment to our own practice and training is why we ask you, our students to book a block of classes whenever possible, as regular attendance benefits both you, the teacher and the class as a whole. Your teacher can better prepare classes for you and you can continue to develop your yoga.

We also have a small home studio for private classes for 1-3 people.
