Classes with Yoga on Tay take place in 3 separate venues:

General and Level 1 classes on Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening at The Larick Centre, Shanwell Road, Tayport, DD6 9EA

Gentle Iyengar Yoga on Wednesday afternoon at East Hall, Wormit Parish Church, 52 Riverside Road, Wormit DD6 8LJ

Level 2 Iyengar Yoga on Wednesday night at Waterstone Crook, 69 Kirk Rd, Newport-on-Tay DD6 8HY

Directions

By bicycle

Excellent cycle paths link Newport and Wormit to Tayport, and over the bridge to Dundee.

By bus

There is a frequent bus service from Dundee, no 77, which takes 8-20 minutes. The no 92 bus links Newport on Tay to St Andrews via the Gauldry, Balmullo and Leuchars as well as to Tayport.

By car

All venues are just a 10 minute drive from Dundee, and only 20 minutes from Cupar or St Andrews. There is ample on street parking available at all venues.
