Level 1 : Sequence 7

For this sequence, please position the narrow end of your mat at the wall, as some poses will be taught using the wall.
Also, have a look at the poses before you start and gather what props you think you might need: a belt of some sort, something to sit on for the seated poses if you know that helps you (if you have a stiff lower back, or stiff/sore knees), and blocks/bricks/books as support under the hands. A blanket is of course always useful, and a chair shouldn't be too far away should you find you need it.
Sequence Audio
We have created audio files for you to use with the practice sheets, with Julie teaching the sequence in real time. You will be able to use these sheets and audio files when and wherever it suits you and repeat them as often as you like.
