Level 1 : Sequence 8

32 minutes - restful

Before you start this sequence, have a good look at the poses on the sheet and in particular at how props are being used. The audio will not talk you through that in detail, so please make sure you have all necessary props (or substitutes) to hand, and have a good idea of how they are used for a pose.

This is a restful sequence, and you may want to stay in some of the poses longer than the audio suggests! So if you can, it may be worth being able to easily stop the audio every now and again and so stay longer in a pose. 

The props you will need for this sequence are a couple of chairs,  a table (if there is one handy), a bolster or some firm blankets or thick towels, yoga blocks/ bricks  (or big books).   

Sequence Audio

We have created audio files for you to use with the practice sheets, with Julie teaching the sequence in real time. You will be able to use these sheets and audio files when and wherever it suits you and repeat them as often as you like.
