Members' Home Practice
Level 3 : Sequence 1
This is a Level 3 sequence, for which we assume that you attend Level 3/Intermediate class regularly, and have at least 2 years Iyengar Yoga experience in class. You will therefore know what supports you may need, so have a look at the poses in the sequence and gather what you need before you start.
This sequence includes a number of inversions (e.g. headbalance, arm balance), which you should only practice if you have been shown to do so safely in class.
We have created audio files for you to use with the practice sheets, with Julie teaching the sequence in real time. You will be able to use these sheets and audio files when and wherever it suits you and repeat them as often as you like.
