Class Description
Our Foundation Course is a great starting point for complete beginners. Having an 'inflexible' body or minor aches and pains is not a bar! We provide all yoga props and you will be taught in a small group with other beginners. You will learn the basic yoga postures and principles sufficiently to join an on-going class with confidence. Please note it is not possible to 'drop-in' to the Foundation Course. Please read our new 'Studio Etiquette' under studio policies on the website to make sure you 'stay safe' when attending class. If you can, please bring your own mat. If COVID restrictions mean the studio needs to close, all studio classes will move to being taught online.
Cancellation Policy
DROP-IN BOOKINGS may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 2 hours before the class starts. You must do so yourself, online. Go to ‘my bookings’ and click on the booking you want to reschedule. There are no refunds given for Drop-in bookings. BLOCK BOOKINGS: Refunds for block bookings are only available in exceptional circumstances. These include a new injury or medical condition or bereavement. A medical certificate may be required. Refunds can only be given for the time period after we have been informed about the situation and not retrospectively. Bookings for WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS are not refundable unless a replacement can be found to use your place.
