You will practice in the beautiful and spacious Peace Hall, which is situated adjacent to the accommodation and dining room. Julie loves to share her knowledge through teaching making this weekend ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in a practice of asana and pranayama. During the breaks you can enjoy nature walks along the shore, maybe up the hill, take part in some outdoor swimming or just chill on the terrace with a coffee watching the yachts. Julie is the Senior Teacher at Yoga on Tay in Fife, also qualified as an Assessor, Teacher Trainer, Mentor and Yoga Therapist with IY(UK).
