Welcome to Yoga on Tay. We have a dedicated yoga space offering small classes for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, men and women. We welcome both beginners and experienced yogis. We incorporate the only Iyengar Yoga School in North East Fife and Tayside, attracting people from a wide radius to access this wonderful system of yoga.
Friday 13th November Update
We are so sorry to have to announce that we will have to temporarily close the studio again due to Covid, with Level 3 restrictions being applied in Fife from 0600 on Friday 13th November.
Current Studio Class Bookings
As indicated in our last newsletter all studio classes will therefore revert to being online (unless we receive a special exemption from the Scottish Government). Meanwhile all those who do have a place booked in a studio class, we will be in touch by email with details of your online zoom class.

Yoga on Tay is a dedicated yoga space offering small classes for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, men and women. We incorporate the only Iyengar Yoga School in North East Fife and Tayside. We welcome beginners and run regular Foundation Courses (see New to Yoga). Private sessions are also available.

Our Iyengar Yoga teachers undergo one of the most rigorous teacher training programmes over several years to help you explore the benefits of this body-breath-mind practice as a means to benefit your posture and well-being. We offer a safe, welcoming space and aim to promote personal development in a non-competitive and supportive way.
Yoga Props and Equipment
The studio benefits from underfloor heating and is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, wall bars, ropes, blocks, belts and blankets normally available for you to use, however as part of Covid restrictions for now we ask people to bring their own kit. We also have mats, blocks, belts and bricks available to purchase. If interested, please contact us.
Yoga on Tay is also suitable and available to rent for other bodywork and wellbeing treatments and activites such as Pilates, tai chi, shiatsu etc - for example we host aromatherapy massage on Sunday mornings. Find out more.
