Thinking yoga? This is the place!
August 2020 Update
Yoga on Tay is having a teaching break for the month of August to allow for some rest and renewal. There will be no yoga classes during August but we have several home practice sequences available for you. All the Level 1 sequences are suitable for beginners.
All our home practice sequences have accompanying audio from our Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, Julie Anderson, taking you through the poses. We encourage you to give them a go.
Subject to Scottish Government guidance, we will be announcing our new timetable on Monday 24th August with the Studio re-opening in September. Our new timetable will include a return to live studio classes and will see us continuing with online zoom classes.
We'll also be working away in the background with preparations to re-open the studio safely. You can stay in touch by subscribing to our newsletter (in the footer below) or following our facebook page.
We look forward to welcoming you back.

Looking for a yoga class in Fife?
Yoga on Tay a dedicated yoga space offering small classes for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, men and women. We incorporate the only Iyengar Yoga School in North East Fife and Tayside. We welcome beginners and run regular Foundation Courses (see New to Yoga). Private sessions are also available.
The studio benefits from underfloor heating and is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, wall bars, blocks, belts and blankets for you to use (though many people like to bring their own mat, blocks etc).
Yoga is an ancient art in a modern world and we offer a safe, welcoming space to explore the benefits of this body-breath-mind practice to benefit your wellbeing. As a yoga space we aim to promote personal development in a non-competitive and supportive way.
Yoga on Tay is also suitable and available to rent for other bodywork and wellbeing treatments and activites such as Pilates, tai chi, shiatsu etc - for example we host aromatherapy massage on Sunday mornings.
