Welcome to Yoga on Tay. We have a dedicated yoga space offering small classes for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, men and women. We welcome both beginners and experienced yogis. We incorporate the only Iyengar Yoga School in North East Fife and Tayside, attracting people from a wide radius to access this wonderful system of yoga.
Level 4+ = no studio classes
We are so sorry to once again have to say that we will have to keep the studio closed due to Covid-19, with Level 4+ restrictions currently being applied across mainland Scotland until at least Monday 1 March 2021.
Studio Class Bookings
As indicated in our latest newsletters, all classes that are planned to be taught in the studio will be online as long as we have to remain closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. For all those who have a place booked in a studio class: these will be online until at least early March.
Studio classes will be back to being taught in our lovely, warm studio (with all necessary Covid related measures in place) as soon as lifting of restrictions allows! In that case we will be in touch by email with all who have booked studio classes.
Booking a Drop In Zoom Class
We have drop in bookings available for online classes: our Level 1&2 class on Mondays at 6.30pm, the Gentle Yoga class on Thursdays at 2pm, and the Level 1 class on Friday mornings at 9.45am. Drop in bookings are £10 and the classes are 75 minutes. View class timetable.
Looking for a yoga class in Fife?

We offer a safe, welcoming space and aim to promote personal development in a non-competitive and supportive way.
Yoga Props and Equipment
The studio benefits from underfloor heating and is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, wall bars, ropes, blocks, belts and blankets normally available for you to use, however as part of Covid restrictions for now we ask people to bring their own kit. We also have mats, blocks, belts and bricks available to purchase. If interested, please contact us.
Yoga on Tay is also suitable and available to rent for other bodywork and wellbeing treatments and activites such as Pilates, tai chi, shiatsu etc - for example we host aromatherapy massage on Sunday mornings. Find out more.
