In response to government advice and to slow the spread of Covid-19 we will be closed from 20th March for at least 4 weeks (until 20th April at the earliest).

We are a dedicated yoga space offering small classes for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, men and women. We incorporate the only Iyengar Yoga School in North Fife and Tayside. We welcome beginners and run regular Foundation Courses (see New to Yoga). Private sessions are also available.

The studio benefits from underfloor heating and is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, wallbars, blocks, belts and blankets for you to use (though many people like to bring their own mat, blocks etc).

Yoga is an ancient art in a modern world and we offer a safe, welcoming space to explore the benefits of this body-breath-mind practice to benefit your wellbeing. As a yoga space we aim to promote personal development in a non-competitive and supportive way.

Yoga on Tay is also suitable and available to rent for other bodywork and wellbeing treatments and activites such as Pilates, tai chi, shiatsu etc - for example we host aromatherapy massage on Sunday mornings.
